Contact VUGS
For privacy questions, write to vugs.official@gmail.com. Include the name of the game. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or verification codes.
Sending an email shares your address and the information you include with VUGS and the email services that deliver it.
We use support emails and attachments only to answer your request and resolve the issue. We do not add support contacts to a marketing mailing list. We keep correspondence while the request is being handled and for up to six months after it is resolved, then delete it from our support mailbox. You can request earlier deletion by email; we process these requests within 30 days.
Studio website
The public studio pages provide information about VUGS, its games, player support and privacy. Browsing these pages does not require a VUGS account. The website does not host the game, take payments or offer visitor comments or uploads.
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting, which runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers can process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the website. Their own privacy practices and retention rules apply to that processing. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
VUGS has not added visitor advertising, a visitor analytics service or a contact form to this website. Contact links open your email app. Email delivery and storage also involve your email provider and Google, which provides the VUGS support mailbox; see Google's Privacy Policy.
Restricted content editor
The content editor is reserved for authorized editors and uses Sign in with ChatGPT. The website stores an authorized editor's site-specific user ID and email address in its database to check access, along with the studio content and its revision information. These editor records are not displayed to public visitors. They are kept while needed to administer the website; an editor may contact VUGS to request removal of their access and associated record.
Updates and requests
VUGS will update this page when the website's information practices change. For questions or requests about information provided directly to VUGS, contact vugs.official@gmail.com. VUGS does not control records independently held by hosting, email or game-service providers.
