Arcade Arrows Privacy Policy

Developer: VUGS · Android application: com.vugs.arcadearrows

This policy explains how information is handled in Arcade Arrows, an Android game provided under the VUGS developer name. It applies to this game. Other VUGS games may have their own privacy policies.

Game progress and settings

You do not need to create an Arcade Arrows account. Your levels, trophies, gold, energy, unlocked items, selected bow and game settings are stored on your device. Arcade Arrows does not upload this saved progress to a VUGS server and does not provide a VUGS cloud-save service. Android's app-backup feature is disabled for this app.

The game does not ask for your name, date of birth, email address, contacts, precise location, photos or microphone access to play. It does not include chat or user-uploaded content.

Advertising and Google services

The game uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Nightfall ownership removes forced interstitial advertisements; optional rewarded advertisements can still be available.

Google's advertising software processes technical information to provide advertisements, understand their operation and prevent fraud. This can include your IP address and an approximate location inferred from it, app and advertisement interactions, diagnostic information, and identifiers such as an app set ID. This processing is performed by Google services even though the game does not send your saved progress to VUGS.

Arcade Arrows configures advertising for child-directed treatment for all players, limits ad content to Google's general-audience setting, and disables ad personalization and Google's publisher first-party ID feature. Android advertising-ID access permissions are removed from the app. These protections do not mean that Google receives no technical data. An app set ID may still be used for permitted purposes such as fraud prevention.

The game does not implement its own separate analytics service. Technical measurement and diagnostics within Google's services are covered by Google's practices. Google documents encryption in transit for data sent by its Mobile Ads SDK.

For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Intended audience and privacy choices

Arcade Arrows is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13. The game applies the same conservative advertising settings described above to every player and does not ask players to provide their age. Advertising personalization is disabled for all players.

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check applicable privacy requirements. It marks requests as under the age of consent. Where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, the game's privacy control opens those options so they can be reviewed.

If you are a parent or guardian with a privacy question, or believe that a child has sent personal information directly to VUGS, contact vugs.official@gmail.com. We review deletion requests under the process described below. This process covers information held by VUGS; Google manages its own advertising and purchase records under its privacy policies.

Nightfall purchases

Nightfall is offered as a one-time purchase through Google Play. Google Play processes payment details. Arcade Arrows does not receive your full payment-card number or bank-account details.

Google Play returns purchase information that the game uses to verify and restore Nightfall ownership and acknowledge delivery. This includes the product, purchase token and signed purchase receipt. The game checks the receipt signature on the device and stores a local receipt for ownership checks. VUGS does not operate a purchase-verification server for this version of the game.

Restoring purchases checks the Google Play account used by the Play Store. The game does not create a separate VUGS account for this purpose. Google's own policies govern its payment processing and transaction records.

Contacting support

You can contact VUGS at vugs.official@gmail.com. Sending an email discloses your email address and the information you choose to include to the recipient. Please contact support through a parent or guardian when appropriate.

We use support emails and attachments only to respond to your request and resolve the issue. We do not add support contacts to a marketing mailing list. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

We keep support correspondence while a request is being handled and for up to six months after it is resolved, then delete it from our support mailbox. You may ask for earlier deletion at the address above; we process these requests within 30 days. This retention period concerns correspondence held by VUGS, not records independently held by Google.

Storage, deletion and your choices

Local game information remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Doing this removes local progress. A Nightfall entitlement may be restored through Google Play after reinstalling; deleting local data does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase.

For questions about information you have sent directly to VUGS, use the contact address below. VUGS does not control Google's independently held advertising or transaction records.

Google explains its retention periods, privacy controls and deletion options in its Privacy Policy. The game has no VUGS account to delete.

Updates and contact

We will update this policy if the game's information practices change and revise the last-updated date shown above.
